The Southern Republican Leadership Conference announced today that radio host and conservative leader Herman Cain will join the SRLC speaker lineup.

“I look forward to addressing attendees at the Southern Republican Leadership Conference in New Orleans,” Cain said. “We are at a unique point in our history. We can either accept the statism that has expanded government and compromised freedom, or we can reclaim the American dream of liberty and individualism that his made this country great.”

Herman Cain is a radio talk show host of the “Herman Cain Show,” broadcasted from Atlanta’s WSB 750 AM, and is also a FOX News Business Commentator. He is the President and CEO of THE New Voice, Inc., and serves on the Board of Directors for AGO Corporation, Hallmark Cards Incorporated and Whirlpool Corporation. He also previously ran for the U.S. Senate in 2004 and is a noted inspirational speaker.

“Herman Cain is a dynamic speaker who informs and motivates conservatives across America,” SRLC President and CEO Charlie Davis said. “We are honored that he will join us at the Southern Republican Leadership Conference and look forward to hearing his vision for our country.”
